We perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for clients. These tasks can be both interior and exterior, and may include: 

• Installation: Installing safety equipment, furniture, appliances, window coverings, and door hardware 
• Minor repairs to: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems, such as fixing light sockets, leaky toilets, and light fixtures, light switches, ceiling fans 
• General Maintenance: painting, staining, and cleaning interior and exterior surfaces, as well as maintaining trash and recycling receptacles 
• Cleaning services- Touch-ups, full cleans, deep cleans/ Move-out cleans
• Preventative maintenance- weatherizing, fixing door seals , window seals, leak check, water filter replacement, smoke alarms,
• Yard maintenance- cutting front and back yards, tree trimming, Irrigation repairs/ installations and fence repairs 
• HVAC maintenance- Hvac filter, cleaning off interior and exterior coils
• Appliance repairs - refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, and vent hoods

Painting services include a variety of tasks, such as: 

• Covering materials: protective coverings and paint tarps to cover floors, furnishings, and woodwork. 
• Power washing: Power washing is a crucial step in the painting process because it helps paint bond better and last longer. (exterior only)
• Preparing surfaces: Painters prepare surfaces for painting by washing walls, removing old paint, and repairing nail holes, or patching drywall and texturing . They may also apply a primer. 
• Cabinet painting- Painters will begin by sanding down before painting to remove old paint to allow a better bond.
• Trim and doors- prepping trim by sealing with caulk and filling with wood filler as needed
• Ceiling painting- sealing cracks and texturing before painting
• Color Matching: Removing a undamaged piece of drywall to achieve the desired color match. 
• Touch- Ups- Applying 1 to 2 coats of paint with brush and roller in areas needed.
• Full Paints-Applying 1 to 2 coats of paint on walls corner to corner. (brush and roller or spray rig)
• Color changes- Applying 1 coat of primer and 2 to 3 coats of paint on walls.(brush and roller or spray rig)
